How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast-to-order every day. This means your coffee is typically roasted within 24–48 hours of your order being processed to ensure maximum freshness and flavor peak upon arrival.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our coffee globally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. You can also adjust the frequency and volume of your deliveries to suit your brewing habits.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will make it right.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Transparency is at our core. We practice direct trade, visiting farms and building long-term relationships with producers to ensure they are paid well above fair trade minimums for their exceptional quality.
Do you provide grind options for your coffee?
We recommend purchasing whole bean coffee to preserve freshness, but we do offer professional grinding services for various brew methods including Drip, Espresso, and French Press.
