At Onyx Coffee Lab, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. For brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your merchandise.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request to ensure the items are non-perishable and within the 30-day eligibility window from the date of purchase.
- 3.Ship Items
Once approved, securely pack your unused items and ship them back to our Arkansas headquarters using the provided return authorization label.
- 4.Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
